With over 17 years of experience in the beauty industry, Cerise is the founder and driving force behind Beauty Avenue.

Nationally and internationally trained, Cerise is certified in advanced skin treatments and is a qualified cosmetic tattoo artist. Having worked alongside some of New Zealand's leading skin educators, she continues to develop her expertise in corneotherapy, skin barrier health and advanced skincare.

One of Cerise's notable career milestones was becoming the first therapist in New Zealand's North Island to achieve certification in fibroblasting, an advanced skin technique that uses controlled thermal energy to stimulate the skin's natural healing and remodelling processes. Her specialist training included applications in non-surgical eyelid rejuvenation and complex scar treatments, reflecting her longstanding commitment to advanced skin science and innovative treatment technologies.

Her passion extends beyond treating skin concerns. Cerise believes in understanding why skin behaves the way it does, helping women navigate everything from sensitivity and breakouts to pigmentation and changes in skin health.

Alongside her practical experience, Cerise has undertaken further studies in human anatomy, physiology and microbiology, exploring the nervous system, cellular function, bloodborne pathogens and infection prevention. Her scientific knowledge complements her hands-on expertise and commitment to safe, informed treatments.

Throughout her career, she has also shared her knowledge through professional training and education in skincare and spray tanning.

After establishing Evolve Beauty, Cerise created Beauty Avenue with a vision to bring together advanced skin knowledge, personalised treatments and everyday luxury.
